No exchange or refund is allowed.
Complaints & Claims
All complaints and claims must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be entertained after the fabric has been processed or cut.
Risk & Responsibility
Our risk and responsibility cease once the goods are delivered.
Greige/Loom State Fabric
Our responsibility for greige or loom state fabric extends only to the greige stage. Claims will not be accepted after the fabric has been processed or cut.
Fabric Characteristics
Every fabric has a unique feel and fall; slight variances are to be expected. If your chosen fabric is unavailable, alternative options will be provided.
Colour Variations
Expect some colour variations from print strike-offs to bulk production and from lot to lot.
Customer-Provided Print Designs
We are not responsible for any mistakes in print design files provided by customers.
Customer-Provided Fabric for Printing
We are not responsible for printing results on customer-provided fabrics, as different fabrics have varying colour absorption. We recommend using our base fabrics for printing.
Shawls/Scarves
Expect a size variation of up to 5 cm due to the nature of the fabric.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are 100% advance. Dispatch will occur only after full payment is made. Any delay in payment will result in a delay in delivery.
In the case of international payments, the customer shall bear all bank charges, including remittance and intermediary fees. The full invoice amount must be credited to our account without deductions.
Please select 'OUR' as the payment instruction while making international payments to DJTI to ensure all charges are borne by the sender.
Rates/Prices in Estimates/Quotations
If the rate/price is listed as 0 (zero) in an estimate or quotation, it signifies that we have not provided a quote at this time. The 0 rate is merely for documentation, indicating that a product sample swatch has been provided, and a quote will be issued at a later stage.
Price Changes
All prices provided are approximate and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices can be subject to human error, and we reserve the right to correct any errors when they are identified.
Delivery/Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are usually not included in the quotation/estimate and sales order. They will be added to the final invoice separately, based on the actual cost or any mutually agreed amount.
Right to Change Terms & Conditions
We, DJTI, reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions as we see fit, as and when needed.
Right to Refuse Orders
We, DJTI, reserve the right to refuse any order.
Jurisdiction
All transactions are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
